New Opportunity for Wildfire-Impacted Homebuyers through ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program

Homebuyer Assistance Up to $350,000 per Household
If you were affected by the 2018 or 2020 California wildfires, the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program can help you purchase a home! Eligible areas include Napa County, and the program offers up to $350,000 in homebuyer assistance through a Second Mortgage Loan, forgiven after 5 years of ownership and occupancy. This support helps close the affordability gap between the buyer’s First Mortgage Loan and the property’s purchase price.
