OTSH Welcomes New Executive Director Jennifer La Liberte
Jennifer La Liberte joined OTSH as our Executive Director in November. Her professional experience includes 30 years in local government, the last 20 with the City of Napa. As the City’s economic development manager, she liaised with developers, businesses and the City, facilitating infrastructure projects and business retention programs as well as attracting private investments to provide new jobs and local tax revenue.
