It’s time for a little drama at Brenkle Court
The trusses for each unit’s roof were delivered a week ago. Trusses are a structural framework that will bridge the space above rooms and provide support for the roof. The trusses will be spaced at regular intervals across the top of each unit.
The Brenkle Court crew has been proud of our ability to stay on schedule despite COVID. We’ve been short-handed, as many of our homeowners work for wineries and have been working long hours in the grape harvest. We’ve also lost time to the tragic fire and dangerous air quality.
Getting the roof finished remains a priority
It’s been our goal to finish the roof before the rainy season. With the roof over our heads, we can continue to work through the winter without interruption.
